Hedgehogs are not a 2 year commitment. They are a 4-6 year commitment, with luck you might get a bit longer. 4-6 years isn’t actually a long time. So to keep your hedgehog for the entirety of its life is a short and sweet endeavor. If you have your hedgie for 2 years and are bored with it, try getting them some more fun toys. Take them outside!
